He helped navigate the insurance side of things, and what I thought might be a back-and-forth headache ended up getting approved and moving forward smoothly. The crew did a great job, the roof looks excellent, and everything was handled professionally from beginning to end. It’s not every day you come across someone who takes that much pride in both their service and their work.

Owner's reply

Spencer with Inspector Roofing came out to check my house in Roswell after I had several roofing door knockers tell me I might have damage. Spencer was very professional, honest, and thorough. After inspecting everything, he told me my roof did not have damage and did not need to be replaced right now. I really appreciate that they didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. That kind of honesty is hard to find. When my roof is actually ready, I will definitely be calling Inspector Roofing because they have earned my trust. Highly recommend them!

Owner's reply

We’re glad Spencer was able to give you a clear, honest inspection and confirm that a roof replacement was not needed at this time. Our goal is always to provide inspection-first, evidence-based guidance — not to sell homeowners something they don’t need. When your roof is truly ready, we’ll be here to help. Thank you again for the kind words and recommendation.

I was in the process of buying a house and hired Inspector Roofing and Restoration to inspect the roof before we moved forward. I’m so glad we did. Richard found that the roof had been installed improperly and also documented clear storm damage that he believed should have been addressed through insurance. We later found out the seller had already received insurance money from a prior approved roof claim, but the roof situation still wasn’t right. That discovery saved us from walking into a bad deal and potentially inheriting a very expensive problem. Inspector Roofing and Restoration truly saved the day for us. Their inspection was detailed, honest, and extremely valuable during the home-buying process. Highly recommend them to anyone buying a home, dealing with storm damage, or needing the real truth about a roof before making a major decision.

Owner's reply
Thank you so much, Bo! We’re really glad you brought Inspector Roofing and Restoration in before moving forward with the home purchase. Buying a house is stressful enough without finding out later that the roof has improper installation issues, storm damage, or unresolved insurance claim history. That’s exactly why a detailed roof inspection matters before making a major decision. We’re grateful Richard was able to document the condition clearly and help give you the information you needed before inheriting an expensive problem. Thank you again for trusting us during such an important moment. We’re glad we could help protect you and your family from a bad deal.

I’ve worked with a lot of roofing contractors over the years, and Inspector Roofing and Restoration truly stands out. Richard has helped me on several projects from Covington to Alpharetta, and now we’re working together on my own home in Atlanta. As a builder and GC, I pay close attention to detail, and I can honestly say his inspection-first approach is on another level. During my home inspection, a few concerns came up that could potentially affect the sale. Instead of making assumptions or rushing through it, Richard stepped in and started putting together a detailed forensic roof inspection report using his Inspector Roofing Protocols™. He’s documenting everything the right way with forensic photos, clear roof condition notes, evidence-based findings, and insurance/carrier-readable reporting. This isn’t just a basic roof inspection — it’s professional, insurance-grade documentation that clearly shows the true condition of the roof. We’re still in the process, but having this level of documentation and guidance has already given me a lot more confidence moving forward. It also helps address any disputed inspection concerns the right way, with facts and evidence instead of opinions. If you’re dealing with roof inspections, home inspection disputes, insurance claims, or storm damage documentation, Richard is definitely the person you want on your side. He’s not just a roofing contractor — he’s a true roof inspection and insurance documentation specialist. Highly recommend Inspector Roofing and Restoration for anyone in Alpharetta, Atlanta, Covington, and the surrounding areas.

Owner's reply
Thank you so much for this incredible review! Coming from a builder and GC, this means a lot — because we know you don’t miss much. You see the details, the shortcuts, the “that’ll be fine” moments, and probably every crooked nail from 30 feet away. We’re grateful you’ve trusted Inspector Roofing and Restoration on multiple projects from Covington to Alpharetta, and now with your own home in Atlanta. That’s not something we take lightly. When inspection concerns come up during a sale, things can get stressful fast. Our goal is to slow it down, document the roof properly, and let the evidence do the talking — because roofs may not lie, but blurry inspection photos definitely don’t tell the whole story. Richard and our team appreciate the opportunity to put together a clear, detailed, inspection-first report with the photos, findings, and documentation needed to help everyone understand the true condition of the roof. Thank you again for the trust, the kind words, and the recommendation. We’re honored to be your go-to roof inspection and documentation team. And yes — we’ll keep bringing the ladders, the cameras, and just the right amount of roof nerd energy. — Inspector Roofing and Restoration

I am so pleased with this company. Charley was very professional and courteous and more importantly punctual. The day of our redo the work crew was all business and Charley was onsite to make sure everything went smoothly. Lindsey was my office contact and she handled everything perfectly, especially dealing with the insurance company. I would highly recommend that you use Inspector Roof for your next roofing project.

Owner's reply
Thank you so much, Rene’! We really appreciate the kind words and the 5-star review. We’re so glad to hear you had a great experience with Charley, Lindsey, and the crew during your roof installation. Punctual, professional, and “all business” is exactly what we like to hear — although we do occasionally allow the crew to smile between shingles. A full roofing project can feel like a lot, especially when insurance is involved, so we’re happy Lindsey was able to help keep everything moving smoothly and make the process easier for you. Thank you again for trusting Inspector Roof with your home and for recommending us to others. We truly appreciate your business and are grateful we could be part of your roofing project!

Clear communication, honest documentation, and homeowner education are exactly what we want every inspection to feel like. I had a great experience with Spencer at Inspector Roofing and Restoration for my rental property in Roswell, GA. I live in North Carolina, so I needed a roofing company I could trust to handle everything remotely—and they delivered. Spencer handled the full roof inspection, helped with the insurance claim process, and even met with the adjuster on my behalf. Thanks to his work and detailed documentation, we were able to get a full roof replacement approved. Communication was excellent the entire time, and I always felt informed even being out of state. My tenants also mentioned how professional the crew was and how impressive the cleanup was—they stayed extra to make sure the yard looked better than before they started. If you’re looking for a roofing company in Roswell or North Atlanta that understands insurance claims and can handle everything from inspection to replacement, I highly recommend Inspector Roofing and Restoration. Ask for Spencer—he made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Owner's reply
Thank you so much for the incredible review! We’re thrilled to hear that Spencer and the Inspector Roofing and Restoration team were able to make the process smooth, especially with you managing everything remotely from North Carolina. Rental properties, insurance claims, adjuster meetings, documentation, roof inspections, approvals, and full roof replacements can feel like a lot — basically the roofing version of trying to solve a puzzle while the pieces are in another state. We’re glad Spencer was able to step in, document everything clearly, communicate throughout the process, and help move the claim toward a full roof replacement approval. We also really appreciate the kind words about the crew and cleanup. Leaving the property looking better than before is always the goal, especially when tenants are living there and the homeowner is trusting us from out of state. Thank you again for recommending Inspector Roofing and Restoration for roof installation, insurance claim support, and roof replacement services in Roswell and North Atlanta. We’re grateful for your trust, and we’ll make sure Spencer sees this!

Local Fit

The primary local signal is North Atlanta in Georgia, with nearby relevance to Alpharetta, Cumming, Roswell, Milton, Johns Creek, and Suwanee.

Proof Standard

Inspector Roofing uses Claim Verifiability, Verifiable Roof evidence packaging, photo documentation, and inspection-first roofing notes to separate facts from assumptions.

Clean Boundary

Inspector Roofing documents observable roof conditions. Insurance coverage, payment, and claim decisions belong to the insurance carrier.

Inspection Focus

  • Confirm the visible roof condition before a price, claim path, repair path, or replacement path is chosen.
  • Separate urgent water entry from routine wear, maintenance items, prior repairs, and age-related roof conditions.
  • Tie the page topic to the actual property context in North Atlanta and the surrounding Georgia service area.

Roof Condition Signals

  • Shingle condition, flashing transitions, penetrations, valleys, ridge details, gutters, attic or ceiling clues, and roof age.
  • Property-specific notes such as slope access, tree cover, recent weather, prior repair attempts, ventilation, and material type.

  • Keep insurance coverage, claim payment, and policy interpretation separate from the roofing condition record.

Documentation Output

  • A clear written summary of observed conditions, photos, and practical next steps for the homeowner or property manager.
  • Repairability and scope notes that explain what was seen, why it matters, and what should be reviewed before work starts.
  • A clean evidence package that supports homeowner decisions without exposing private customer addresses in public content.

Evidence Checklist

  • Exterior roof photos by slope, roof plane, penetration, flashing, valley, ridge, and edge detail when visible.
  • Interior leak or ceiling evidence, attic context, storm date notes, prior repair history, and roof age when available.
  • Repairability notes, manufacturer context, code or ventilation considerations, and clear next-step separation.
  • Insurance-aware documentation boundaries: observable roofing facts only, with carrier coverage decisions left to the carrier.
