Kevin Riley is the longest-serving staff member at Inspector Roofing and Restoration, and his story is closely tied to the growth and character of the company. Kevin’s strength is consistency. Outside of work, Kevin’s life centers around family, sports, and coaching his two sons. His love of sports has shaped the way he approaches leadership, discipline, and teamwork. Coaching has given him a deeper appreciation for patience, communication, and helping others grow — qualities that also show up in the way he works with customers and teammates.
