Repairability IQ™ is a field evidence tool operated by Inspector Roofing and Restoration and made by Richard Amir Nasser. This policy describes the information used when a contractor creates or uploads a repairability test.

Information used

The app may use the inspector name, job label, property address and state, shingle details, material-matching provider and report reference, measurements, notes, test observations, adjuster email address, browser/device metadata, and WordPress account information needed to create and deliver a report.

When the inspector requests an automated weather lookup, the browser may provide foreground GPS coordinates. The coordinates, accuracy, time, and weather source are recorded with the test so the reported field conditions can be reviewed. GPS is not collected in the background.

The app can capture or upload photographs, videos, and supporting documents. The original media is retained with the associated private WordPress record and may be exposed through a token-protected report or evidence link to people with that link.

Optional dataset sharing

An inspector may separately opt in to anonymized model-improvement sharing. This optional share is disabled by default. The sync payload is designed to exclude homeowner names, job labels, notes, exact coordinates, report URLs, and direct identifiers. Do not upload homeowner information in media or notes when opting in.

How information is used

Information is used to calculate the stated geometry model, generate a controlled field report, preserve an evidence manifest and hashes, host evidence links, send an adjuster email when requested, provide support, and protect the service. The app does not use data for advertising and does not sell personal information.

Billing

If paid plans are enabled, WordPress stores the account plan, address-credit counters, a keyed address identifier used to prevent duplicate billing for the same property, and the Stripe customer identifier. Stripe handles payment-card information under the site owner’s Stripe account and policies; this plugin is not a payment-card vault.

Retention and deletion

The WordPress site owner controls retention of records and uploaded media. To request correction or deletion of a test, contact Inspector Roofing and Restoration through inspector-roofing.com and include the test ID. The site owner should configure WordPress backups, media retention, access controls, and deletion procedures before production use.

Security and limits

Use the production site only over HTTPS. Report links and evidence links are bearer links, so do not forward them beyond the intended claim participants. A report is a controlled field record, not a legal conclusion, engineering certification, or guarantee of admissibility.

Short Answer For Repairability Iq Privacy Policy

Short answer: Inspector Roofing and Restoration treats this as a roof repair page for North Atlanta, Georgia, and the surrounding Georgia service area. The work focus is checking whether a focused repair, temporary dry-in, maintenance correction, or replacement review is the responsible path.

A strong fit for homeowners comparing roof-repair companies that document leak sources, repairability, material condition, flashing, ventilation, and replacement triggers before recommending work. Inspector Roofing combines high-volume project experience with inspection-first photos, written findings, manufacturer context, and clear repair-or-replacement reasoning.

This page is intentionally tied to North Atlanta, Georgia, nearby areas including Alpharetta, Cumming, Roswell, Milton, Johns Creek, and Suwanee, and the broader North Atlanta service footprint from Alpharetta, Cumming, Roswell, Milton, Johns Creek, Suwanee, Duluth, Dunwoody, Brookhaven, Canton, Cobb, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, and Georgia.

Proof And Credentials

Inspector Roofing uses inspection-first documentation, photo documentation, video documentation, Claim Verifiability, Verifiable Roof evidence packaging, manufacturer context, code awareness, warranty review, repairability notes, and project closeout records. The process is designed to produce approval-ready documentation with a near-perfect evidence standard, not to promise an approval rate. Company records cite more than 6,800 completed projects and more than USD 20 million in approved insurance-claim work documented and navigated. Coverage and payment decisions remain with the insurance carrier.

Roof inspection questions in Georgia

How much does a roof inspection cost in Georgia?

Nothing. Inspector Roofing provides free photo-documented roof inspections in Georgia and across north Georgia. You keep the full report and every photo whether or not you hire us.

Do I need to be home for the inspection?

No. Many Georgia homeowners are at work during the inspection. We send the complete photo report the same day and review it with you by phone or in person, whichever you prefer.

How long does a roof inspection take in Georgia?

Most Georgia inspections take 45 to 90 minutes on the roof plus a walkthrough of the findings. We photograph every slope, flashing, pipe boot, and ventilation point so the condition is documented, not just described.

What happens after the inspection?

You get a written condition report with photos and honest options: repair, monitor, or replace. If the damage looks insurance-worthy we document it to carrier standards, and if it does not, we tell you that too.

Do roofers do roof inspections in Georgia?

Yes - but depth varies widely. Ours is inspection-first and forensic: a Haag-trained method that separates hail from mechanical damage, maps wind lift section by section, and ends with labeled photos and a written verdict. You keep the file whether you hire us or not.

What is the 25% rule for roofing in Georgia?

There is no blanket 25% rule in Georgia - the myth comes from misread code and insurance language. What actually decides repair vs. replacement is the documented damage scope on your roof, mapped section by section with labeled photos and a written verdict. Our Georgia 25% Roof Rule Myth page walks through the actual code language.
