A HAAG Certified Inspector® – Residential, Richard serves as the firm’s final decision-maker—ensuring every inspection and project meets a Fact-Over-Opinion standard for documentation, scope clarity, and workmanship. He also leads a verification-first culture that includes GARCA voluntary licensing (by choice), giving Georgia homeowners a clear, public way to confirm legitimacy and accountability in a state where a roofing license is not required.
Richard’s approach was forged through a high-stakes personal recovery: after a life-altering accident in 2014, he applied the same data-driven discipline that carried him to the Boston Marathon and the Ironman 70.3 World Championship to the roofing and insurance-claim process.

Before establishing the bedrock of Inspector Roofing, Lindsey honed her mastery of complex systems in Executive Administration and within the Prepaid Legal sector. This background provided her with the "navigational intelligence" required to decode insurance bureaucracy and ensure that every evidence packet meets the highest standards of clarity and compliance. She treats every claim with the same meticulous detail one would expect from legal-grade documentation.
A lifelong advocate for results, Lindsey also brings the mindset of an Elite Personal Trainer into the roofing office. Her background in the fitness industry forged a "coaching-first" approach, allowing her to lead homeowners through the claims process with motivation and absolute transparency.
